Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh assured Syria that it would continue to benefit from Iran’s strategic support in the fight against terrorism and promotion of peace.
During his official visit to Syria, the Iranian defense minister held a meeting with Director of the National Security Bureau of the Regional Command of Syria Kifah Moulhem in Damascus on Sunday.
The two officials weighed plans for the expansion of defense and security cooperation between Iran and Syria in order to eradicate terrorism and promote peace and stability in the region.
