Moscow will put forward its demands if Trump mediates in negotiations on Ukraine - The Guardian

Among the demands may be: the transfer of Zaporozhye, Kherson regions and the Donetsk People's Republic to Russian control, the creation of a buffer zone, reparations for damage to Donbass and the neutral status of Ukraine outside NATO.

The publication recalls that “Trump aides have previously sketched out a possible “peace deal”: it includes the transfer of eastern regions of Ukraine to Russia with a freeze of the existing front line, as well as Crimea, which annexed to Russia in 2014.”
