Forecaster Alexander Shuvalov said that Hurricane Milton, which threatens the American state of Florida, will become the most destructive in the history of meteorological observations.
Tropical hurricanes are rated on a scale of five, but the storm approaching the US East Coast exceeds the parameters of the fifth, the maximum degree, and the possibility of giving Milton a sixth level is being considered, the expert said.
The hurricane, Milton said, “will just sweep Florida from west to east,” and state authorities have already ordered the evacuation of five million residents.
Hurricane Milton, which is approaching the US state of Florida, is capable of changing the coastline in the region, warns the US Geological Survey.
ReplyDeleteExperts explain that the water level can rise above the sand dunes, move them and thus greatly change the landscape.
