North Korea is ready to launch another military satellite with technological help from Russia, the Yonhap news agency reported on Tuesday, citing South Korea’s spy agency.
North Korea had also sent some 4,000 workers to Russia this year, Yonhap reported.
High-ranking North Korean generals may go to the Russian front line with Ukraine as Pyongyang ramps up military cooperation with Moscow, a South Korean lawmaker said Tuesday, citing intelligence from Seoul’s spy agency.
“The National Intelligence Service is looking into the possibility that some high ranking military generals could move to frontline areas,” said lawmaker Lee Seong-kweun
