Criminal Case On Incitement To Armed Rebellion Against Prigozhin Not Terminated

A criminal case on the incitement to an armed rebellion against Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of private military company (PMC) Wagner, is not terminated, a source in Russian Prosecutor General's Office told Sputnik on Monday.



"A criminal case against Prigozhin is not closed," the source said.

 On Saturday, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office said that, on June 23, FSB investigators opened a criminal case against Yevgeny Prigozhin under Article 279 of the Russian Criminal Code for organizing an armed mutiny.
