Hamas on Saturday condemned the deadly terror attack by French
Islamists, which claimed 12 lives at French satirical magazine Charlie
Hebdo this week.
AFP reported that the Palestinian group released a statement in French that said Hamas "condemns the attack against Charlie Hebdo magazine and insists on the fact that differences of opinion and thought cannot justify murder."
According to the statement, however, Hamas rejected Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's for comparing the attack in Paris and rockets fired by Hamas in Gaza at Israeli civilians.
