SOFIA, Bulgaria. -A joint military exercise
by Bulgarian, Romanian and U.S. naval forces in the Black Sea has
been postponed due to weather conditions, according to the Bulgarian
defense ministry.
The Bulgarian defense ministry said that the military drill was planned in 2013 and had no relation to the current events in Ukraine.
A U.S. destroyer, Truxtun, is taking place in the maneuvers, which is to be launched at the coastal city of Constanta in Romania.
The U.S. air force is also expected to participate in joint drills with Poland.
